There was a big wave of Jewish immigration in the 1750's and the 1900's. The reason for immigration in the 1750's was because they where under the rule of French colonizer's. People in Canada celebrate Passover the same way we do here in the U.S Canadian recipe: Maple Syrup apples 1 cup of unbleached all-purpose flour 1/2 tea spoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1/2 Cup sugar 1 large egg 1 cup of maple syrup 1 cup of heavy cream 2 large tart apples, peeled cord and cut into 12 wedges each And now your maple syrup is served!
